Bye Bill

FM 91-FIVE is heartbroken at the loss of our long-time Chief Engineer William Wiesinger, who recently left us. Bill was one on the main architects of the station, working tirelessly to build one of the most unique stations in the country. He was known to all as Uncle Bill, because of his good nature and vibrant personality.

We would not be FM 91-FIVE if it wasnt for Bill, and his passing has left a void in the WKHR family that will never be filled.

Thank You Bill, for everything! We'll Be Seeing You!

Bill used to play his favorite band on Roland Shepperd's program. What has happened to Margie, Freddy, John and Donna? Have they disappeared or something?

I believe Margie is returning to the air soon. The others are not currently in the DJ rotation. If you contact the station directly, they may have a better answer. 440.543.9646

Saturday Night and Sunday Morning will never be as good as it used to be. Ziggy hardly ever plays the good music he used to play. Margie keeps talking while the music is playing. Half the time I hear a ghost program playing when no deejays are there, and the current deejays don't wait until music stops to chatter. WKHR has lost it's glamor and most all the best deejays.

teacher Bob talks too much and goes overtime on Barbra Rheas program. Enough chatter and more music. He once waited until 10 am Barbra Rheas time on Wednesday, to play a long wordy wartime history lesson. Was that necessary? He plays his 3 minute closing theme at 10 then Barbra wastes more time with her 3 minute theme. By that time it is weather time already

Dear George, you now have another boogie woogie fan in Mentor, OH. All of you play fabulous music. Thank you, Regina

Bill taught an Entertaining class in Radio/TV Engineering at kent State. A great experience. He scared us and thrilled us and I think everyone learned and passed in a jammed class. He was very well loved. And his passing came as a sad surprise.
